Dr. Nidhi Kataria

What happens in your first homeopathic consultation?

Short answer

Expect a detailed, unhurried conversation of about 30 minutes. Dr. Nidhi takes your full case: the main complaint and its history, but also your sleep, digestion, stress, cravings, past illnesses and what makes things better or worse. You leave with a personalised plan, a realistic timeline, and clarity on what to track before the first follow-up.

Why so many questions about things that seem unrelated

First-time patients are often surprised to be asked about sleep, weather preferences, or how they respond to stress when they came for, say, hair fall. In homeopathy the medicine is matched to the person's whole pattern, not just the diagnosis — two people with the same complaint often need different medicines.

Nothing you share is filler. The seemingly small details are frequently what separates the right prescription from a generic one.

How to prepare (it takes five minutes)

Keep handy: any recent reports or prescriptions, a rough timeline of when the problem started and how it has changed, and a note of what you have already tried. Photos help for skin and hair concerns.

For online consultations, sit somewhere quiet with decent light. For a child's consultation, the parent who spends the most time with the child should join.

What you leave with

A prescription (medicines can be couriered to your doorstep where possible), a realistic timeline with a defined review point, and specific things to observe — so the follow-up is based on evidence, not memory.

Follow-ups are shorter and focus on what changed. The first consultation fee and booking details are on the booking page; asking questions on WhatsApp before booking is free.
