Consultation Payments
Payments collected through this website are primarily for consultation bookings. Medicines and courier charges, if applicable, are separate and depend on the prescription and patient requirement.
Cancellations
If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule, they should contact the clinic as soon as possible using the WhatsApp or phone details on the website. Rescheduling is subject to Dr. Nidhi Kataria's availability.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if payment was made but the consultation could not be provided by the clinic, or if there was a duplicate or incorrect payment. Refunds are not guaranteed after a consultation has been completed.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible within 7 days. Bank, UPI, or payment provider timelines may vary.
