An online video consultation booked through this website costs Rs. 500. It includes a detailed 30-minute first consultation with Dr. Nidhi Kataria and a personalised treatment plan. Prescribed medicines, courier charges and later follow-ups are separate because they depend on your case and location.

The first appointment is a detailed video consultation covering your current concern, its history, triggers, sleep, digestion, stress, existing medicines and relevant reports. Dr. Nidhi then explains the individual plan and what changes to observe before review.
You can choose an available date and time while booking. The clinic receives the booking after payment and confirms the consultation details with you.
Medicines are not bundled into the consultation fee because the prescription differs by patient. Courier charges also depend on the delivery address. The clinic confirms these costs after the consultation before anything is dispatched.
Follow-up fees and timing depend on the plan discussed for your case. In-person Mumbai appointments are arranged directly with the clinic and are not paid through the online booking page.
Enter the patient details, choose a preferred slot and complete the secure PhonePe payment. After successful payment, the clinic is notified and confirms the selected time; if you chose the flexible option, the clinic arranges a suitable time with you.
