The consultation is the same detailed 30-minute case-taking. Slots are shown in Indian Standard Time, and whether medicines can be sent to your country is confirmed by the clinic before anything is dispatched. Booking across time zones

Slots on the booking page are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST), and the page lists the current consultation hours. India is 1.5 hours ahead of the UAE, 4.5 or 5.5 hours ahead of the UK depending on the season, and between 9.5 and 13.5 hours ahead of the mainland United States depending on your zone and daylight saving.

In practice an evening slot in India falls in the afternoon or early evening in the UAE, around the middle of the day in the UK, and in the morning on the US east coast (very early on the west coast). Convert the time carefully before you confirm, and message the clinic on WhatsApp if none of the listed slots works for your time zone.

What to keep ready

Photos or PDFs of recent reports and prescriptions from your local doctors, and a list of your medicines with their generic names, since brand names differ from country to country. For skin and hair concerns, clear photos in natural light.

Choose a private place with a stable connection. Payment for the booking is taken on the website through PhonePe in Indian rupees; if you are unsure whether your payment method will be accepted, ask the clinic on WhatsApp before you book — asking is free.

How medicines reach you

Within India, prescribed medicines are couriered where possible. For an address abroad, delivery depends on the courier and on your country's rules for bringing in medicines for personal use, so the clinic confirms feasibility, charges and likely timing for your location before dispatching anything.

What an overseas consultation can and cannot do

This is a homeopathic consultation with a doctor qualified and practising in India. It works alongside your local GP or specialist: Dr. Nidhi does not alter medicines prescribed by your local doctors, and any tests or physical examination are arranged where you live.

For chest pain, breathing difficulty, a serious injury or any rapidly worsening symptom, call your local emergency number. An online consultation in another time zone is never the right place for an emergency.
