If something genuinely needs physical examination or investigations, you will be told to get them done locally — the reports then feed back into your case.

The website price covers the first 30-minute video consultation and the personalised plan discussed with Dr. Nidhi. Prescribed medicines and courier charges, when applicable, are separate because they depend on the prescription and delivery location.
